The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering the CBSE curriculum and skilled in engaging students in reading, writing, speaking, and grammar instruction. Key Responsibilities • Curriculum Delivery: Teach English across assigned grade levels as per CBSE syllabus. • Lesson Planning: Create well-structured lesson plans and learning activities that promote language fluency. • Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. • Classroom Management: Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment. • Parent Communication: Engage with parents to provide academic updates and suggestions for improvement. • Professional Development: Attend training workshops and contribute to academic enhancement initiatives. Qualification Requirements • Postgraduate degree (MA/M.Phil) in English Language or Literature OR • Any Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant certifications in English teaching or literature • B.Ed. is preferred • M.Ed. is an added advantage for senior-level roles • Must have strong English communication skills (spoken & written) and working knowledge of MS Office tools Qualification Levels • Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). Teaches core concepts in language and grammar. • Master Level: 4–8 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. preferred). May guide co-teachers and support co-curricular language events. • Developer Level: 9 years of experience with relevant qualifications (B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred). Leads department initiatives and language enrichment programs. Screening Process • Subject-Wise Written Test – To assess grammar, comprehension, and literary knowledge. • Proficiency Test – Basic tech test on MS Office usage and digital tools. • Reading Test – Live session via MS Teams to evaluate pronunciation, fluency, and expression. • Teaching Demo – Mock session to evaluate teaching style, clarity, and engagement.
