SDR Roles & Responsibilities Lead Research & Prospecting : Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc. Outbound Outreach : Cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages Lead Qualification : Follow BANT, CHAMP, or other frameworks CRM Management : Log all outreach, update lead statuses Appointment Setting : Book qualified meetings for AEs Time Zone SDR Shift (Offshore Time) Target Region PST - 9am–5pm PST (~ 9:30pm–5:30am IST ) - U.S. West Coast EST - 9am–5pm EST (~ 6:30pm–2:30am IST ) - U.S. East Coast Work Location Hyderabad Office Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – US Market Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 3 years in a similar role with direct experience in the US market Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience engaging the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in the US region Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategy and messaging Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline data in CRM Set up meetings and product demos for the sales team with key prospects Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and qualified leads Qualifications: 3 years of SDR or BDR experience, with a strong focus on the US market Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads in a B2B technology sales environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM tools, HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Send grid, Lusha Ability to understand technical concepts and present them clearly to prospects Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and goal orientation Preferred Skills: Experience working in IT services or technology consulting Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise applications.
