Role Overview As a ZenXFit Coach, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through high-performance strength training, functional workouts, and recovery routines — all backed by top-tier education and an elite fitness environment. Coach members across strength, mobility, HIIT, and recovery principles. Monitor progress, adapt plans based on assessments and client feedback. Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, and movement quality. Collaborate with our in-house physio and wellness team on rehab clients. Contribute to content creation (short tips, videos, or transformation reels). Represent the ZenXFit brand with professionalism and passion. What We are Looking For Certification from INFS, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent. 1–3 years of client-facing experience (internship or full-time). Deep knowledge of human biomechanics, form correction, and progressive overload. Passion for fitness, wellness, and recovery — not just aesthetics.
