Designation : IT & Admin Executive Qualification : IT Graduate Experience : 3-5 years Location : Navi Mumbai Job Description: • Installing, configuring and diagnosing of computer hardware, networks, printers, scanners and software. • Excellent knowledge of installing an all types of windows application including latest OS, Outlook mail configuring and MS teams. • Good knowledge of managing video conferencing system. • Good understanding of active directory users, computers and user rights, workstation joining to domain etc. • Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary. • Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system. • Basic knowledge of Server virtualization, VMWare and Firewall. • Well knowledge of network cabling, Internet, LAN, VPN & WAN. • CCTV surveillance system configuring, monitoring and maintains. • Telephone intercom system maintenance. • Maintenance of Time attendance system and Door access control. • Support admin team with administrative activities. Skills: • Good with MS office • Good written and verbal communication • Good knowledge of network cabling, Internet, LAN, VPN & WAN.
