Job Description
Responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations for Charkos College of Nursing, Mysuru. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Supervise and manage office staff, ensuring efficient workflows. Oversee office facilities, including safety and security. Maintain accurate records, including student records, faculty records, and financial records. Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and utilization. Monitor financial matters and accounts. Manage and track departmental budgets. Compliance and Policy: Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Staff and Student Support: Handle employee inquiries and assist with recruitment processes. Provide information and support to students, faculty, and staff. Coordinate with internal and external departments. Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies and equipment. Schedule meetings and events. Prepare reports and presentations. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of office procedures and policies. Ability to lead and develop personnel. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Experience in a university or educational setting is preferred.
