Job Description
Anshul Impex specializes in selecting the finest natural semi-precious stones to create unique designs. We supply our valued customers with elegant gemstone carved products, therapeutic healing, and Reiki products, as well as vibrant decorative tumbled stones. Our mission is to offer classy and high-quality products made from a wide variety of semi-precious stones. Key Responsibilities: 1. International Sales Operations: Manage and grow B2B sales for export clients, including retailers, distributors, and resellers. Develop export sales pipeline via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms like Alibaba, Indiamart Global, TradeIndia, etc. Negotiate international pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery timelines. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential buyers through online research, exhibitions, trade fairs, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers. Schedule and conduct virtual showroom tours or catalog walkthroughs. 3. Lead Research & Database Building Find new potential buyers (retailers, boutiques, gift shops, etc.) from: Faire & Etsy search Instagram business pages Google Maps & directories (e.g., crystal shops USA, yoga boutiques UK) Check for verified email addresses, location, and website Organize leads into an Excel sheet or CRM with proper tags: (e.g., Country, Type of Store, Email, Website, Instagram Link) Update and clean the database regularly to avoid duplicates or errors Track which leads were newly added or removed each week Focus is purely on finding and organizing leads – no direct outreach involved. 4. Documentation & Coordination: Coordinate with logistics for shipment booking, packing, labeling, and customs documentation. Prepare Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and handle export compliance (HS Codes, COO, etc.). Ensure timely payments through advance or LC, and follow-up on due invoices. 5. Product Knowledge & Consultation: Guide buyers on crystals based on market demand, healing purposes, and retail potential. Recommend trending products like bracelets, trees, rough stones, malas, etc., as per buyer profile. 6. CRM & Reporting: Maintain client details, leads, and order history in the CRM system. Share weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and closed orders. Track and report KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue per buyer, and repeat order ratio. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication Basic knowledge of crystals, healing products, or spiritual retail is a plus Familiar with WhatsApp, Gmail, Excel, and basic order management Prior experience in exports, B2B sales, or customer handling is preferred Self-motivated, organized, and confident communicator Incentives & Growth: Performance-based incentives (monthly bonus based on sales in USD) Opportunities to attend exhibitions and trade shows Work with a growing women-led team in a positive and ethical environment Graduation in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred) 1–3 years of relevant experience
