Job Title: Branch Head – Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP) Department: Mortgage Sales / Retail Lending Location: Noida Sector 75, Spectrum Metro Mall, Phase-II Email: hr@directcredit.in/ 97735 93871 Salary: Up to 12LPA No of Openings: 2 Job Summary: The Branch Head will be responsible for leading the branch’s mortgage loan business, focusing on Home Loans and Loans Against Property . The role involves driving business growth, managing the sales team, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The Branch Head is accountable for achieving branch-level targets and maintaining portfolio health. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales Leadership Drive branch-level sales of Home Loans and LAP products. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly and annual business targets. Identify and nurture relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners. Monitor and improve lead generation, customer sourcing, and conversion rates. 2. Team Management Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team (RMs, Sales Officers, etc.). Assign targets, provide regular coaching, and monitor team performance. Conduct regular reviews and build a performance-driven culture. 3. Portfolio & Credit Quality Ensure quality sourcing to minimize delinquency and early defaults. Collaborate with credit, risk, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursal. Monitor portfolio performance and take proactive steps to reduce NPAs. 4. Customer Relationship & Retention Ensure high standards of customer service and post-disbursal engagement. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner. Build long-term relationships to promote repeat and referral business. 5. Compliance & Audit Ensure adherence to all internal policies, RBI/Regulatory guidelines, and compliance protocols. Prepare for internal and external audits; close audit points within stipulated timelines. 6. Reporting & MIS Maintain accurate records of branch performance, lead funnels, disbursal data, and collections. Submit timely reports the Management. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in mortgage sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills In-depth understanding of mortgage products and local property markets Strong business acumen and customer orientation Ability to handle high-pressure targets and multitask Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Preferred Background: Prior experience in a bank, NBFC, or Corporate DSA Familiarity with legal, technical, and credit evaluation processes.
