Technical Recruiter Intern

Tech HR Intern - Fresher / Pursuing Graduation Duration: 03 Months - Full Time (Mon - Fri / 10:30am to 7:30pm) Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Expectations: We are looking for a driven HR Intern to assist with our hiring needs and contribute to maintaining our recruitment database. Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and recruitment activity logs. Support in coordinating and conducting initial candidate assessments and interviews. Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. Provide administrative support to the HR team in various HR-related tasks and projects. Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Participate in HR meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies and best practices. Skills required: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR internship with a focus on Talent Acquisition. Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail A proactive and driven attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
