Job Opportunity: Customer Service Voice Location: Airoli, Mumbai Shift: Night Shift Process: Customer Service (Voice US Healthcare Domain) Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing support for US healthcare clients. Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery aligned with defined productivity and quality benchmarks. Aim for first-call resolution by building strong client and domain understanding. Meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including Client Satisfaction, Average Handle Time, Service Levels, and Customer Effort. Adhere to internal attendance, accountability, and performance policies. Document and follow up on customer queries to ensure complete resolution. Maintain high standards of delivery quality and contribute to continuous process improvements. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with BPO experience and complete documentation will be given preference. Not eligible: Candidates with degrees in B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, Hotel Management, or any other specialized/technical streams. Mandatory: PAN card is required for the hiring process.
