We’re looking for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer who knows what pacing, polish, and platform-first thinking really mean. At Crossroads Digital, we’re building standout brands, crafting viral content, and rewriting the rules of digital storytelling—and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to plug into that energy. What you’ll do: • Animate and edit high-performing motion content for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads) • Work closely with the strategy, design, and copy teams to bring campaign ideas to life • Create reels, GIFs, animated carousels, and typographic loops with clean, bold execution • Adapt and format video assets for different platforms and formats • Stay on top of design trends and content styles that actually perform What we’re looking for: • 1–2 years of agency experience, especially in social-first environments • Strong command over After Effects, Premiere Pro, and design fundamentals • A deep understanding of social media formats, timings, and trends • You’re organized, responsive, and thrive in fast-paced timelines Qualifications Motion Design, Motion Graphics, and Graphic Design skills Experience in Video Production and Graphics Proficiency in industry-standard software for motion graphics and design Creativity and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing graphics Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines Experience working in digital marketing or advertising is a plus Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
