Job Description

Role and Responsibilities This role is responsible to training administration management, overall training coordination, content development and Key deliverables for the position are as following: To use Learning Management System for content creation, deployment, assessment, surveys and MIS management Responsible for overseeing the implementation, assessment and facilitation of training programs across Shoppers Stop stores including Services Office. Identify Training Requirements from the stake holders and being able to customize training programs to meet those needs. Identify training gaps by constantly assessing the complexity of business environment Manage training calendar for the month/quarter and update changes as per required Ensure training coverage across all stores Ensure effective communication and coordination of training programs Coordinate for both internal and external training programs Ensure regular interface with business Analysis and Reporting Develop metrics for measuring and increasing learning effectiveness Training evaluations Floor audits to measure the training efficacy for all trainings done Maintain a comprehensive MIS of training delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues Ensure skill development through research and value addition Content development and ability to drive participants towards desired learning goals Should be able to integrate key inputs required for the business / operation improvement Adherence to training plan, calendar and SOP Qualifications and Education Requirements MBA-HR/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR/ MSW/ Master of Personnel Management
