Creative Lead

About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a Creative Lead who can blend sharp strategic thinking with strong content direction to lead high-impact, public-facing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for crafting narratives, driving creative vision, and leading teams that deliver content-first solutions across digital platforms. If you’re someone who can turn insights into scroll-stopping ideas and lead end-to-end creative execution, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creative vision and content strategy for large-scale, public-facing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (designers, editors, writers) to bring campaigns to life. Develop strong messaging frameworks and storytelling formats tailored to each platform. Guide the creative execution across short-form videos, static posts, scripts, and real-time content. Translate briefs into actionable ideas that resonate with diverse audiences. Stay ahead of trends, cultural moments, and digital behaviors to keep campaigns relevant. Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and messaging in both Hindi and English . What We’re Looking For: 3–4 years of experience in creative leadership or campaign-centric content roles. Strong command over Hindi and English (both written and spoken). Proven experience leading content direction for digital-first campaigns. Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and content formats. Strong team management skills and the ability to guide creatives toward a unified vision. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight timelines. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in cause-based, advocacy, youth-driven, or mass outreach campaigns. Worked with creators, influencers, or led viral social content.
