Role Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our HR team. As a fresher in HR, you will be trained to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, gain hands-on experience in candidate engagement, and work closely with different departments to fulfill hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Learn & Assist in Recruitment : Get trained in recruitment strategies and assist in sourcing and screening candidates. Candidate Sourcing : Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates. Screening Support : Help with initial candidate screening to assess basic fitment for roles. Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of candidate information and interview feedback. Candidate Engagement : Help ensure a positive experience for candidates from first contact to onboarding. Team Collaboration : Work under the guidance of senior HRs and collaborate with different hiring teams. Learning & Development : Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
