Hiring for Customer Service Voice – US Healthcare (Night Shift) Position: Customer Service (Voice – US Healthcare Domain) Location: Airoli, Mumbai Shift: Night Shift Process: US Healthcare (Inbound/Outbound Calls) ✅ Key Responsibilities -Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing support for US healthcare clients. -Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery aligned with defined productivity and quality benchmarks. -Aim for first-call resolution by building strong client and domain understanding. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with BPO experience and complete documentation will be given preference.
