Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) with 2–7 years of experience to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and hiring teams to proactively shape and execute talent acquisition strategies for both ongoing and upcoming recruitment needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Team Leads to plan and execute hiring strategies for ongoing and upcoming campaigns. Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus engagements. Build strong relationships with placement cells to attract top campus talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding. Design and implement effective induction plans to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Identify gaps and drive improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Optimize hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Support bulk hiring and multi-role recruitment across technical and non-technical domains. Required Qualifications & Experience: 2–7 years of experienc e in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition. MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution. Demonstrated experience hiring across technical (IT, Technology, Data Analytics) and non-technical domains (Campaigns, Digital Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This job requires travelling based on the project requirements.
