Dear Connections RoleOrganic / Social Media Campaign Specialist Required Technical Skill SetExperience in social media planning, management, execution, social content strategy, and audience engagement across multiple social media platforms. Desired Experience Range6-7 Years Location of Requirement India Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 6-7 years in social media marketing, preferably in an agency or high-growth brand. Platform Expertise: LinkedIn, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Analytics and Listening Tools: Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Data Studio, Brandwatch, Sprinklr Creativity & Storytelling: Engaging content creation tailored to different audience segments. Automation & AI: Experience with ChatGPT, social scheduling tools, and performance AI tools Excellent communication and time management skills, team player Good-to-Have Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into social media campaigns. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and optimize RoI. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred) – certifications in social media. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Partner with multiple business and marketing stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives. 2 Manage a social media content calendar for various channels, planning and scheduling posts in advance 3 Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms 4 Analyze data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI 5 Conduct competitive analysis, audience research, and trend forecasting to refine strategies. 6 Leverage social listening tools to track sentiment and adjust social media strategies. 7 Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement 8 Collaborate with the marketing teams to grow the social media network and target new followers (based on the focused target audience) 9 Cross-team collaboration to drive effective social media strategies, optimize performance, drive growth, and enhance brand visibility. 10 Drive employee advocacy programs and leadership branding initiatives.
