Job Description

As an Agency Business Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of life insurance advisors (agents) to drive business growth through the agency channel. This role demands strong leadership, people management, and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard new life insurance for on role advisors (agents). Train and develop advisors to ensure productivity and compliance. Drive life insurance sales through the advisor team to meet assigned targets. Monitor and mentor agent performance through regular meetings and joint field work. Conduct need-based sales presentations for customers. Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company guidelines.
