Job Title: SAP SD Senior Consultant Experience: 7 to 12 Years Job Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote Work Timings: This opportunity is for a US-based project and requires working remotely during US business hours (Night Shifts 9 PM to 6 AM IST) Job Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (Who can join with 0-15 Days) SAP SD Consultant – Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant who will be responsible for handling change requests, supporting day-to-day business operations, and participating in end-to-end implementation of SAP SD solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the SD module, strong analytical skills, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, leading efforts in designing, configuring, testing, and delivering robust SAP SD solutions. The role also involves preparing functional specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO), and supporting continuous improvements and integrations across systems. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary support for the SAP SD module, addressing business-critical issues, incidents, and change requests. Lead requirement gathering sessions, understand business processes, and design appropriate solutions aligned with organizational goals. Prepare detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), collaborate with WRICEF teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions. Manage full project lifecycle: estimation, design, configuration, testing, data migration, upgrade, and production deployment. Provide expert-level knowledge in SD processes including: Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Returns, Credit Management Milestone Billing, Revenue Recognition, Rebates, Condition Contracts Third-Party Sales, Stock Transport Orders (STO), Intercompany Sales Output Determination, BRF, Account Determination, and Availability Check Support Logistics Execution processes such as route determination, shipment scheduling, shipment cost documents, delivery processing, and integration with third-party logistics providers (3PL). Perform basic ABAP debugging, identify enhancement points (USER EXITS, BADI, BAPI), and define relevant tables and fields for custom development. Ensure seamless cross-functional integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO modules. Coordinate testing activities with business users, support UAT, and ensure successful implementation of enhancements and break-fix solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with platform roadmaps and integration strategies. Work independently or as part of a global team, handling tasks in an onsite-offshore delivery model. Document solutions and provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and support staff. Remain flexible to work in US EST hours or according to customer business needs. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience in SAP SD module (implementation and support). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills. Working knowledge of ABAP debugging and technical integration. In-depth knowledge of core SD processes and S/4HANA-specific features and simplifications . Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities in English. Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and time zones. Experience with AMS projects and support methodologies is highly desirable.
