Domain – Interline – Passenger Revenue Accounting GDS – Amadeus & ATPCO Ensure QAs LCQs adhere to QCP standards Ensure timely and appropriate feedback is given based on errors identified during QC Performance reporting on all Quality related metrics like Accuracy CCRPs etc Along with Ops Managers conduct RCAs and define CPAs to mitigate slippage of errors Assist team to maintain records and logs as per ISO standards Drive Reduction in Customer Comebacks Represent Quality on client and internal calls Drive best practice sharing and Continuous improvements across the processes Ensure the team is maintaining the records as per the audit requirements of WNS standards Qualifications: Graduate with minimum 3 to 4 yrs of experience in the PRA business especially Interline or Sales LOB and should have minimum 1 year of experience of managing TQ function
