Role: Process Trainer Industry Type: BPO Department: Banking (UK, US BFSI ) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Corporate Training UG: Any Graduate Location - Mumbai Job description Roles and Responsibilities: * Minimum 2 years experience in US-BFSI (Especially cards and dispute) * Strong communication skills, Training &Facilitation skills, Interpersonal, Analytical, Technical and Organisational skills. * Develop and deliver customized training programs based on customer needs and requirements. * Provide soft skills training to enhance communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills of team members. * Manage the entire process from planning to execution of trainings using tools like TTI (Training Need Identification) and TNA (Training Needs Analysis). * ⁠Evaluation and Feedback, Process documentation, Mentoring and coaching and Compliance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of corporate trainings.
