Should be able to understand the Client Requirements and should know to create SOP’s individually as customer specific Ability to think dynamic, diligently and able to relate the process procedures transitioned with business logics Role: Process and manage sales orders received via emails in ERP system Collaborate with customer ops team to clarify order requirements and address discrepancies. Validate order details for accuracy Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays or changes Generate Reports in SAP, Oracle. Do Analysis on Critical Reports. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
