Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Kolkata Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am-7pm Experience Required: 10–15 years Budget: 14-17 LPA plus incentives About The Role: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Key Responsibilities: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate Engineers with 10 to 15 years experience in sales of Imported capital Equipment/ Consumables related to Oil & Gas, Ports & Shipyards and Steel & Metallurgy, in either any one or more of the sectors. Their experience should be in sales of equipment of value more than 10 to 15 crs each. This applies for both locations.
