Lead Graphic Designer

Job Overview We are looking for a Graphic Designer Lead to join our creative team and drive the visual identity of our brand across platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional design skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of branding and user experience. As a senior member of the design team, you will conceptualize and execute compelling designs, guide junior designers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact visuals that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual assets and touchpoints. Creative Development: Design innovative and engaging content including static and motion graphics for digital marketing, social media, and print materials. Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, video, and creative teams to translate business objectives into visually appealing creative strategies. Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and support their professional growth. Process Management: Own project timelines, manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. Design Strategy: Partner with stakeholders to deliver designs that meet both aesthetic and strategic objectives, optimizing user engagement and brand impact. Creative Innovation: Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table and elevate creative output. Quality Control: Conduct detailed reviews of final outputs to ensure pixel-perfect design, consistency, and brand alignment. Requirements Experience Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a lead or senior role. Technical Skills Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Experience designing across digital and print mediums. Familiarity with motion graphics and basic video editing is a plus. Leadership & Collaboration Proven ability to lead and mentor a design team. Strong project and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
