Role Overview: As a Management Trainee, you will assist in designing and executing large-scale political programs, campaigns, and policy interventions. The role offers hands-on exposure to the intersection of politics, data, and strategy in one of the most dynamic industries in India. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute multi-stakeholder political campaigns and policy initiatives. Coordinate between ground teams, tech units, analysts, and leadership to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Track project metrics and generate reports for data-driven decision-making. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions. Represent the firm in external stakeholder meetings, including interactions with political leaders, party workers, and government functionaries. Stay updated with current political scenarios and offer real-time intelligence and recommendations. Prepare strategic presentations, dashboards, and daily progress trackers for internal and client-facing reviews. Requirements: Graduate from a Tier 1 college (IIT, IIM, BITS, NIT) – Freshers and those with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency is a plus). Proven leadership potential – involvement in student bodies, college fests, or social initiatives is valued. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. High ownership, willingness to travel, and ability to work under tight timelines. Passion for governance, politics, and public policy.
