E-commerce Marketing & Operations Manager

We seek a strategic, creative, and results-driven E-commerce Marketing & Operations Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies. This role will be instrumental in shaping the brand narrative, increasing awareness, and driving engagement across digital, social, and traditional channels. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Online Sales Reporting : Track and share daily/weekly online sales performance, trends, and insights. 2. Customer Query Management : Review WhatsApp and IG DMs; monitor timely and quality communication between customer and team. 3. Abandoned Checkout Follow-ups : Identify and re-engage high-value abandoned carts with personalized follow-ups. 4. COD Order Handling : Confirm COD orders, coordinate delivery status, and manage failed/returned orders. 5. Website Hygiene & Speed Checks : Audit website layout, speed, landing pages, and fix UX or performance issues. 6. Ad Performance Analysis : Review, Meta Ads & IG ads for targeting, creatives, CTR, CPM, and budgets. 7. Analytics & Insight Tracking : Use Shopify, Google Analytics & Meta dashboards to monitor traffic and user behavior. 8. Marketing Strategy & Research : Explore trends and strategies to improve conversions, engagement, and sales. 9. Manage external Agencies and Vendors : Deliver high quality outputs on time and within budget. 10. Coordinate events and content management : Coordinate events like product launch and creating content for digital platforms, websites, email marketing, blogs, social media and advertising campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 5 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role. Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
