We are looking for candidates at Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Delhi with 10 years of sales experience preferably from any of the diverse start-ups, like healthcare, med-tech, healthcare data, quick commerce, fintech, retail and should have minimum 03 years’ experience in business development with pharma with deep access to sales and marketing, legal, compliance, medical and senior management teams . Job Title: Business Development Manager – B2B Department : Sales Reporting to : AVP Education Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably science. Good to have a management diploma or degree as a full-time course from well recognized institute Professional Work Experience: The candidate should have a background in developing business for any of the following segments- new edge healthcare start-ups, patient engagement organizations, Data Analytics, Books, Journals, or Digital Reach out companies, Employee well-being program companies or Gifting solution companies. Required Skill-set: Strategic Mindset, Negotiation skills, Result orientation, Business Planning & Execution, Alliances formation, Analytical skills Job Location : Mumbai Description : The candidate should have a proven track record in building profitable P & L from Pharma vertical either through S-a-a-S subscriptions, Data Analytics or patient engagement programs, Digital Outreach program or if needed custom tailored programs needed for the client. Roles & Responsibilities: A) Building Pharma GTM strategy for PAN India. Engage pharma based on aggregation of healthcare data, patient engagement initiatives or digital outreach programs. B) Target market identification for focused BDM deployment, Team Hiring, Training & Monitoring for Performance C) Driving performance and delivering on revenue goals D) Building cross sales opportunity within the same organization E) Ensuring detailed understanding on various industry codes, regulatory, tax, financial compliances while dealing with pharma clients H) Managing relationship with all the key stakeholders within the client organization I) Ensure timely delivery of contractually agreed milestones of services and payment collections etc. Business Development Manager B2B Pharma Vertical Medtech
