Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare roles. Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive communication. Ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Requirements: Previous experience in the BPO industry . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
