Position: Social Media Manager Location: Mumbai Compensation: INR 60,000 per month About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to handle our official social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong political content management experience and the ability to create engaging content while managing real-time responses. Key Responsibilities: Manage official social media accounts across Instagram, X, Facebook, and WhatsApp Execute social media strategies and manage platform-specific content Provide comprehensive coverage of: Political events and rallies Cabinet decisions Press conferences Speeches and public appearances Generate and manage blogs and newsletters Monitor and manage responses to published content Escalate complaints and suggestions to Campaign Coordinator Create and publish engaging content across platforms Identify social media trends and generate trending content Manage virtual campaign initiatives Coordinate social media volunteer network Handle counter-narrative management Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience in social media management Strong political content writing and management skills Experience in blog writing and newsletter creation Excellent crisis communication abilities Strong analytical skills for trend identification Proficiency in content creation and management tools Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi Desired Skills: Experience in political campaign management Understanding of digital marketing trends Community management experience Basic graphic design skills Experience in managing volunteer networks Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
