Job Title: Operations Trainee – Government Partnership Location: Head Office Duration: 6 Months Type: Traineeship About the role: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Operations Trainee to support the day-to-day operations and execution of key government partnership projects in the education sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and real-time operations in a mission-driven environment. Key responsibilities: ● Support project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with project deliverables and timelines. ● Monitor the real-time progress of ongoing projects using various trackers and reporting tools. ● Support in streamlining operations by coordinating effectively with various internal teams. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and collaboration. ● Conduct quality checks on academic documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. ● Maintain a repository of all project-related documentation, including MoMs & Reports.
