Marketing Intern

Role Overview We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who’s passionate about creating scroll-stopping content and tapping into what’s trending. This is a 6-month, in-office, paid internship for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a creative spark, and wants to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. If you're excited about building communities, telling stories through visuals and words, and experimenting with new formats Responsibilities- Content Ideation : Brainstorm and pitch fresh, on-trend content ideas aligned with FRND’s brand voice and target audience. Content Creation : Create and publish engaging posts—images, reels, videos, and stories—for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Trend Spotting : Stay up to date with viral trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep our content relevant and engaging. Community Engagement : Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; interact with our audience to build brand love and loyalty. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Market Research : Keep an eye on competitors, industry benchmarks, and evolving platform features Requirements- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. In-office paid internship for 6 months PPO based on performance A strong understanding of popular social media platforms and trends. Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus. Basic knowledge of video editing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new ideas. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Note: The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday as working days.
