Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Jaipur Experience: 1–5 Years Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination Manage recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions Use job portals, social media, and ATS tools to attract and manage candidate pipelines Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate fit Schedule interviews with senior management and provide timely updates to all stakeholders Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements: Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 1–5 years of recruitment experience Experience in handling both white-collar and blue-collar hiring Proficiency in using ATS platforms and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
