Assistant Manager-Space Planning

Role and Responsibilities To be responsible for Space Planning, Retail Store Planning, and Projects, Interior & Architecture project design. Key deliverables for the position are as follows: New Stores/Renovation Layouts – Delivering the merchandise & Fixture Layout within the given timelines Cross-functional team coordination for smooth execution Seasonal space layout activity Layout changeover for the assigned zone Making brand-appropriate fixture changes Maintaining an accurate track record of the brand changes MIS Preparation – Preparation of MIS (Space Master, New Stores & SIS trackers) for all the operational New Store & highlighting the concerns areas Timely updating of the Data in line with layout changes Site visits at regular intervals to minimize errors to introduce new elements in consideration of store operations. Maintaining the updated the Fixture & Planograms Dockets Preparing PowerPoint Presentations as per the functional needs Qualifications and Education Requirements Architecture/Interior Designing Graduation Preferred Competencies & Skills Technical skills, Analytical skills & effective presentation skills Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Customer orientation, learning proficiency, planning and organizing, team player, influencing, problem-solving, commercial awareness, Resilience under pressure Preferred Industry Retail
