We deliver turnkey solutions across residential, commercial, hospitality, studios, home theatres, corporate offices, and more. As we continue our rapid expansion across India and global markets, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our growing team. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager who can Generate B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and corporates Pitch our products and solutions to clients, domestic and international Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals Coordinate with design, production and technical teams for smooth execution Attend exhibitions, trade shows and industry events Maintain CRM records and weekly sales pipeline reporting Requirements Graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field 2 to 7 years of experience in Business Development (Interiors, Building Materials, Acoustic Industry preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Strong network with architects, designers, PMC and corporates is a plus Self-driven, target-oriented, result-focused Proficient in MS Office, CRM and digital platforms What We Offer Work with India’s No. 1 Acoustic Brand Attractive salary plus performance-based incentives Career growth into leadership roles PAN India and International Markets Direct exposure to senior management and technical teams Training on product knowledge, solution selling and client management Salary Package: 30,000 to 55,000 per month plus high incentives To Apply: Send your updated resume to marketing.mmtacoustix@gmail.com
