Project Management Intern

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital and web-based projects. The successful candidate will work directly with a Project Executive and assist in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and to specification. Key Responsibilities: Assist the project management team in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Managing and developing websites, with a strong understanding of front-end technologies and content management systems (CMS). Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and task assignments to keep stakeholders aligned. Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery. Work alongside the marketing team to help implement basic SEO improvements and website content updates. Conduct regular quality checks and support the implementation of website changes, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy. Monitor project performance using tools like Google Analytics and assist in generating performance reports. Contribute to documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports to ensure clarity and accountability across all stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field. Interest in project management, digital workflows, and web technologies. Basic understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics , Google Search Console ) is a plus. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
