Qualification - Diploma in Civil / B.Tech /B.E Civil Engineer for fresher candidate or 6 months of any building material product is fine. Job location - Alwar and Jaipur( need to be domicile of Alwar/ Jaipur/Ajmer) Experience- Fresher to 2 years Designation - Graduate Trainee/ Officer - sales Products- building material( Paints/Tile adhesive/Tiles/Sanitary ware/Ceramics/putty/Texture Job Responsibilities Sampling & Site Visits : Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads. Construction Site Branding : Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites. Sales Promotion Activities: Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration. Field Sales Exposure: Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
