Talent Acquisition Intern

Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist the recruitment team in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for Schbang. As an intern, you will gain exposure to various aspects of recruitment, including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication, while helping to maintain data and reporting records. This internship will provide valuable experience in HR and talent acquisition, offering insight into the recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Help post job openings on job portals and internal platforms. Support candidate sourcing and assist with screening resumes under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Partner. Assist in scheduling interviews and tracking feedback throughout the interview stages. Keep candidate records up-to-date in the recruitment database. 2.Recruitment Communication: Help maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Assist in sending interview invitations, rejection emails, and offer letters. Ensure communication loops are closed properly through formal follow-ups. 3.Pre and Post Reference Checks: Assist with pre- and post-interview reference checks for potential hires. Ensure reference check processes are completed timely and correctly, escalating issues when necessary. 4.Campus and Walk-in Drive Organization: Help with the organization of campus hiring events and walk-in assessment drives. Provide support with scheduling and managing logistics during these events. 5.Recruitment Data Management: Assist in updating candidate details in the Candidate Database Tracker. Help ensure all feedback is captured in the Interview Feedback Tracker. Assist in maintaining the Daily Task Sheet for recruitment activities. 6.Reporting: Provide support in generating weekly recruitment reports summarizing key metrics and progress on positions.
