Vedanta is a $30bn revenue and $10bn in profit organization and further plans to invest $20bn in 4-5 years in the expansion of their asset base through both brownfield and greenfield development. This investment programme will span the full breadth of Vedanta organisation from oil & gas, and mining to renewable energy, and from semiconductors to display glass and fibre optics. Role : Personal Assistant (PA) Intern Salary : £ 2000-2500 / month Tenure : 3 months Internship Date of Joining : Immediate Fully office based The Opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated Personal Assistant Intern for the Chairman’s office. The Chairman’s office is a fast-paced office environment, and the candidate needs to have a can-do flexible and proactive approach with the continuous changes that occur. The candidate needs to be presentable, resilient, be able to multitask, be flexible with their timings and should be able to be resourceful and think outside the box for any requests to get a job done and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities This role involves managing business and personal appointments, including diary coordination, handle general office administrative duties and adapting efficiently to last-minute changes. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and discreet with confidential information, maintaining a proactive and flexible approach in a dynamic, fast-growing company. A willingness to take on challenges, and occasionally travel is essential. Skills Required Exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking skills Solid Administrative abilities Proactive mindset – someone who looks for ways to improve processes without being asked Efficient and dependable, especially under pressure Friendly, approachable, and excellent communication skills Freshers from Top universities with certification in office / admin support (preferably through Pitman / Souter’s training centers) British nationals preferred.
