Job Description

We are working on behalf of a leading financial services organisation that is looking to appoint a Brand Manager . This is a pivotal role, focused on delivering high-impact brand activation campaigns and enhancing brand awareness across key market segments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, commercial thinking and executional excellence. You will be an experienced brand marketer with a strong understanding of campaign delivery within a complex, regulated or financial services environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business and play a key role in shaping how its brand is perceived across multiple touchpoints. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, agencies and creative partners to deliver cohesive, insight-led campaigns that drive awareness and engagement across B2C, B2B and B2B2C audiences. The successful candidate will be involved in: Contributing to the planning, execution and evaluation of integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. Delivering consistent brand messaging that aligns with group strategy and supports commercial objectives. Producing high-quality campaign briefs, manage agency relationships and oversee creative development. Collaborating with business units and internal teams to adapt and deploy assets for maximum impact. Supporting the delivery of content for digital and social media platforms. Managing campaign schedules and media plans in line with broader brand strategy. Providing robust post-campaign analysis, reporting on brand effectiveness and engagement metrics. Driving awareness of brand campaigns internally, fostering a culture of brand advocacy. Working with partners and sponsorships to activate brand properties and align assets with campaign goals. Supporting brand integration initiatives within wider corporate narratives and strategies. The ideal candidate will have: Solid experience in a brand or marketing role within a large organisation or agency. Proven track record in developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, TV, print, OOH, and social media. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset. Experience in delivering partnership or sponsorship-based brand activity is advantageous. Confident in campaign performance measurement and use of data to refine strategy. Able to manage competing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
