HR Intern, Amsterdam (6 months, start from September 2025)

Responsibilities Support in organization company culture events such as team building, culture day, all-hands meeting and to build rapport, engage and sustain good relationships with stakeholders Look into employee learning & wellness programmes to help further enhance the culture and happiness for the Amsterdam office Play a role as the employee life-cycle champion to investigate pre-onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activities Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Oversee the day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR Documentation and HR related letters Support day-to-day administrative tasks working with Office manager Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects from time to time Qualifications Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree or above.
