The Infrastructures team is one of the teams of Eiffel Investment Group. It is involved in the management of several funds investing several hundred million euros each year, in renewable energy infrastructures, across the capital structure (debt, quasi-equity, equity). It has demonstrated its leadership by being a pioneer in several renewable energy strategies (bridge loans, green gas, etc.). The Infrastructures investment team works on the entire investment cycle: origination and sourcing, analysis of opportunities, commercial and legal negotiations, monitoring of investments / financings and financial management of the portfolios. Role Within Eiffel Investment Group, the Intern will assist the Investment Team of the Infrastructures funds in: The monitoring and reporting of the realised transactions, The risk and portfolio management, The analysis of companies’ and projects’ financial models, The due diligence on the projects, developers and projects’ holders (legal, technical and financial), The structuration and legal documentation of the debt, equity and quasi-equity transactions, The preparation of the investment memo and presentation of the transactions to the relevant internal investment committee. The Intern will also be regularly in contact with other Eiffel’s teams such as Business and Client Development and Risk and Operations teams. During the internship the Intern will gain a deep knowledge of the investment world and should aim at improving her/his skill set and experience in: Bottom-up financial analysis and valuation, Infrastructure and Project Finance, Renewable Energy, Biogas and Energy Efficiency sectors, Financing and investment documentation. Targeted profile Master’s degree from a top-ranking management/engineering school with a focus on Corporate Finance, Project Finance, or Infrastructure Finance. First experience in corporate finance, project finance, banking or investment, renewable energy preferable. Analytic, detail oriented and rigorous. Reliable, pro-active, self-driven, team spirit. Organised, ability to prioritise and work on different streams in parallel. A solid work ethic, a healthy curiosity and keen interest for the renewable energy sector. Willing and able to work in an entrepreneurial team. Fluent in French and English. Starting date : September 2025 Deadline: June 30th, 2025
