We ensure seamless, precise, and error-free communication for even the most complex scenarios. We are working with customers like Glovo, Bouygues and cool scale ups. In collaboration with the customer success team, transcribe business needs into agent conversational backbone and build AI agents using our no code platform and with coordination with the Dev team to relay product needs. Responsibilities: Onboarding of customers to understand use case and business needs Streamline state of the art custom-designed conversational agents' delivery to customers. Operate human/AI workflows of our AI generation factory. Manage data tagging operations Operate millions of conversation per month , 100 customers Key skills: Customer-centric Languages: English 1 or 2 of these languages (French, German, Italian) Tech interest and capacity to understand high-level workflows Super hero of organisation and project management Experience of running production system / delivery for fast-growing company Benefits and Work Environment: Join a Gen AI startup of 15 people Teambuildings and cool environment Office policy: 3 days minimum at the office (Office in Gare de Lyon)
