Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Italy or Spain , responsible for developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems. The role supports Aptar’s customer-centric initiatives and cross-functional projects, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams. The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director. As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will: Develop the Internal Commercial Mindset Optimize the Customer Experience Maintain and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, dashboards) Manage customer database activities, including contracts and pipeline opportunities Ensure adherence to CRM best practices Collaborate with IS teams to improve systems Support Contract Management activities Assist in sales training and support internal system users Education Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field Required Skills 3-5 years experience in Sales Analysis with CRM expertise Experience in sales, marketing, or pricing projects Proven success in driving change and supporting global programs Leadership and teamwork skills Ability to analyze large datasets Skills: Strong reporting and analytical skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI) Fluency in English; other languages a plus Excellent communication skills Customer orientation and strategic thinking Who We Are Aptar develops innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand value and impact lives globally, with manufacturing across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America, and over 13,000 employees worldwide.
