Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Aptar Italy or Spain . The role involves developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems, supporting Aptar’s customer-centric growth initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments. The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director. As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, You Will: Develop the internal commercial mindset Optimize the customer experience Develop, maintain, and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards) Manage the customer database, including business requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities Ensure adherence to CRM and opportunity pipeline best practices Collaborate with internal IS teams to improve systems Carry out contract management activities Support sales training frameworks and provide key user support for internal systems Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, with strong CRM expertise Experience contributing to sales effectiveness projects Success in driving change and supporting global programs Leadership skills and team collaboration Ability to analyze large datasets Additional Skills: Strong reporting and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects with multicultural teams Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI) Fluent in English; other languages a plus Excellent communication skills Customer orientation and strategic thinking Who We Are: Aptar develops innovative packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact lives globally, with manufacturing facilities worldwide and over 13,000 employees.
