Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Aptar Italy or Spain, responsible for developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and other systems. The role also supports initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer-centricity and profitable growth, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure best practices are deployed across regions and segments. The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports to the Global CE Director. As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will: Develop the internal commercial mindset Optimize the customer experience Maintain and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards) Manage the customer database, including business requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities Ensure CRM and pipeline best practices are followed Collaborate with IS teams to improve internal systems Perform Contract Management activities Support sales training frameworks and provide system support to commercial teams Education Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field Required Skills 3-5 years’ experience in sales analysis, with strong CRM expertise; experience in sales, marketing, or pricing is a plus Experience contributing to sales effectiveness projects Proven success in leading change and supporting global programs Leadership skills and team collaboration Ability to analyze large datasets Additional Skills Strong reporting and analytical skills Ability to work on multiple projects with multicultural teams Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI) Fluency in English; other languages are a plus Excellent communication skills Customer orientation and strategic thinking Who We Are At Aptar, we leverage insights, design, engineering, and science to develop innovative packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
