Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Italy or Spain , responsible for developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems. The role involves supporting initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer-centricity and growth, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments. The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director. As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will: Develop the Internal Commercial Mindset Optimize the Customer Experience Maintain and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards) Manage the customer database, including requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities Ensure CRM and pipeline best practices are followed Collaborate with internal IS Teams to improve systems Support Contract Management activities Assist sales training programs and provide support for internal systems Education: Bachelor of Business degree required Required Skills: 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Analysis with CRM expertise; experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing is beneficial Experience in sales effectiveness projects and supporting global programs Leadership capabilities and team collaboration skills Ability to analyze large datasets Skills: Strong reporting and analytical skills Ability to work on multiple projects with multicultural teams Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, QlikView, Power BI Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Excellent communication skills Customer-oriented and strategic thinking Who We Are: Aptar develops innovative packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact lives globally, with manufacturing facilities worldwide and over 13,000 employees.
