Digital Strategist

Team Location The international team in the Milan office. Description The Digital Strategist will be responsible for leading clients by developing plans to enhance their reputation. He/she will support the Account Manager in managing the client and will coordinate the day-to-day work of staff on the specific projects he or she will oversee. Responsibilities Developing and coordinating strategic plans to enhance client reputation Identifying opportunities to promote client value and transforming these into strategic activities Working closely with various teams (graphic department, social media, design, and web) and with the account manager responsible for client relations and the creative director leading the project Promoting strategic best practices and implementing useful tools within the agency Required Skills Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize Confidence in client interactions and relationship management Deep understanding of consumers and their use of modern media Experience in strategic business planning, particularly in digital Experience in business research (qualitative and quantitative) at both implementation and management levels Proven team management experience At least 3 years of experience in web communication and digital technologies, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment Enthusiasm, energy, passion for marketing and communication, along with interpersonal skills, organization, and results orientation Preferred Skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Stress management, flexibility, and self-control Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, creativity What We Offer Collaboration with a prestigious agency Work in a creative environment Contacts with major brands Opportunities for professional growth Internal mobility possibilities Join Hangar Design Group, a reputable strategic design agency with offices worldwide and award-winning projects.
