Compliance Specialist

This role is within the HSE & Compliance area, supporting the implementation, updating, and monitoring of the regulatory compliance system and risk management measures. The objective is to ensure the organization complies with current regulations (e.g., D.Lgs. 231/2001, GDPR, health and safety, environment), fostering a culture of legality, prevention, and risk management across various business ecosystems. Main Activities Assist in updating and monitoring the Modello 231 and liaise with the Vigilance Body; Support mapping, assessing, and monitoring non-financial risks (operational, regulatory, reputational); Manage and update internal compliance documentation; Coordinate activities related to certified management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37301); Support audit processes to maintain certifications; Analyze processes and draft/update company procedures and policies in compliance; Prepare reports and summaries for management; Manage relationships with consultants, suppliers, and external stakeholders; Assist in planning and monitoring mandatory compliance training. Requirements Degree in legal, economic, environmental disciplines or related fields; 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (including internships) in compliance, quality, or risk management; Basic knowledge of regulations (231/2001, GDPR, health and safety, environment); Preferably familiar with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 37301); Proficient in Excel and Office Suite; Good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level); Attention to detail, analytical skills, and precision orientation; Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude.
