The candidate, with a strong interest in the hospitality industry and especially in the Events sector, will support the event sales team in activities such as: Phone and email contact with potential clients to handle inquiries regarding events to be held in-house Client assistance and support with event planning Informing clients about the various organization possibilities offered by the facility Preparing offers for Italian and foreign groups, conferences, events, and individual guests Using information systems specific to event management Following up on sent offers (availability of rooms/meeting rooms, spaces for lunches, dinners, events) Supporting all stages of organization, from client requests to the formulation of economic offers, contract preparation, and deposit checks Assisting in site inspections with clients Required: Proficient English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
