Rock Group Italy, the Italian Hard Rock Cafe franchisee, is seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Manager for our Milan Cafe, reporting directly to the Cafe General Manager. Qualifications Relevant experience in a Sales & Marketing role with high-volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel, or tourism industry Experience in the MICE environment Strong online affinity and Social Media expertise Ability to effectively pitch and present propositions and info in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, partners , and other employees of the organization. Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and creating memorable events Ability to design and sell win-win propositions to corporate clients High level of business acumen and common sense Strong problem-solving skills through diagnosing and implementing solutions Excellent communication and listening skills, including speaking, reading, and writing. Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas. Multiple language abilities are a plus; fluency in English required . TASKS Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google, Hyp3r, Hootsuite). Procure and maintain high store traffic through active selling to companies, MICE operators, international universities, Italian schools, tour guides, and hotels.
