Job Description
RINA is currently recruiting for an Industry Technical Recruitment Advisor - Categorie protette legge 68 / 99 to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Industry Technical Recruitment Division. Mission Focus on ensuring full coverage and network growth aligned with business staffing needs. LI-SV1 Key Accountabilities Ensure RINA has access to the widest possible pool of candidates. Support the TR manager in defining and monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting technical recruitment procedures. Ensure timely selection and recruitment processes from CV screening to hiring, as per management requests. Stay updated on the Business Unit's organization, personnel policies, and employment laws, serving as liaison with agencies, colleges, and industry associations, and complete timely reports on employment activity. Ensure the protection of personal data processed. Promote proactive and offline campaigns to create a pool of prospective resources for new job requests or tenders. Conduct daily recruitment activities: job posting, scouting in external databases, CV screening, interviews with candidates. Qualify potential candidates technically, assigning relevant competencies and disciplines. Initiate administrative qualification and contracting of new agencies. Collaborate with procurement to resolve issues and update relevant systems accordingly. Act as liaison with agencies and educational institutions. Assist Business managers in finding suitable candidates to fulfill external customer requests. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology Qualifications Belonging to the special categories pursuant to Law 68 / 99 art. 1 At least 6 months of relevant professional experience in similar or related fields Maximum 2 years of work experience Proficient in MS Office Good interpersonal and communication skills Adaptability and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Client-centric approach to meet internal and external needs Ability to build trust and foster relationships Commitment to sustainable development and keeping promises Emotional intelligence to recognize and regulate emotions Openness to change and innovation Ability to network effectively within and outside the organization Effective decision-making skills Strategic thinking and big-picture perspective Forward-looking mindset and experience-based planning With over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries, RINA offers certification, marine classification, testing, supervision, inspection, training, and engineering consultancy services across various sectors.
